MOT – Durham

If you’re looking for a reliable garage in Durham to get your car, van, motorcycle or motorhome’s annual MOT, get in touch with the team at Grange Motors – we carry out classes 1, 2, 4 & 7 MOT tests.

We are your local DVSA-approved MOT testing site in Durham, and our spacious workshop has its own dedicated MOT bay so we can carry out MOTs quickly and efficiently – it should only take us around 45 minutes to complete the MOT. When you bring your car to Grange Motors for its MOT, you will benefit from our technicians’ combined skills and experience and our outstanding customer service.

In addition to carrying out MOT tests, we can also carry out MOT preparation work and if, for whatever reason, your car does happen to fail its MOT, we have all the tools and expertise required to carry out any necessary repairs. We can then retest your vehicle and get you back on the road safely.

Brilliant Garage!!! I had Grange Motors recommended to me by another garage and they helped me out no end when I was in a bind. I had to find a Garage who could take my Daughters Car quickly from being Towed and although they were very busy they obliged. They managed my expecations well about how long it would take and ended up completing the work quicker than anticipated. They installed a new 3pc Clutch KIt for me on the car, and knowing how much work is involved I was also pretty happy with cost of the labour. Nice work guys!!

Grange Motors were excellent in dealing with our breakdown and in quick time too. All the way from Southampton for a holiday in the Lake District and Durham and the windshield wipers failed - while on the motorway too (in the rain!). Grange Moters are excellent! A life saver.
